The Role

LSKR is seeking a Director of Operations to lead delivery, execution, and operational discipline across the agency.

This is a senior leadership role with real authority and accountability. The Director of Operations owns timelines, scope, resourcing decisions, and delivery sequencing across all client work.

This role ensures that creative ambition translates into disciplined execution—on time, on scope, and on margin—while helping scale the business.

You will report directly to the Chief Creative Officer and serve as the operational partner to creative and sales leadership.

This role is not about managing tasks.

What You'll Do

Own Delivery

• Lead day-to-day operational execution across all client work
• Serve as the primary point of contact for client communication related to timelines, scope, and delivery
• Own prioritization and sequencing across accounts to ensure focus and follow-through
• Ensure projects move forward with clarity, urgency, and discipline

Protect the Business

• Enforce scope, timelines, and resourcing decisions to protect quality, relationships, and delivery economics
• Translate creative and sales decisions into executable plans and raise risks early when needed
• Manage contractors, freelancers, and vendors with efficiency and accountability

Build the System

• Implement workflows, processes, and operating rhythms that allow the agency to scale predictably
• Design operating systems that enable predictable, high-quality delivery
• Increase visibility into capacity, risk, and delivery performance

Drive Execution Beyond Client Work

• Own execution and follow-through of LSKR’s marketing efforts, including social and email cadence
• Ensure consistency, accountability, and momentum across internal initiatives
• Content creation may be delegated; ownership of execution and delivery remains with this role

• Client relationships deepen and retain, with projects delivered predictably and with confidence
• Delivery economics are protected through disciplined scoping, resourcing, and cost control
• Creative quality remains high and consistent as volume increases
• Marketing execution expands in cadence and consistency, increasing visibility and inbound opportunity
• Work ships on time and without chaos, with issues surfaced early and resolved decisively
• The company becomes more durable, predictable, and scalable over time

Who You Are

• A proven operator with experience in agency, creative, production, or services environments
• Comfortable owning delivery, margin, and hard decisions
• Fluent in tradeoffs between time, money, scope, and quality
• Direct, calm under pressure, and trusted in the room
• Not interested in being the loudest voice, interested in making things work
• High judgement, low ego
